Okay, so this is going to be a quick blog before I'm off out to the gym. This morning I woke up and the area in between my shoulder blades really hurt. The pain's still there, yet it has calmed down a lot, and now I can squash it.
Now I'm off to the gym, and I've organised that little plan. I'm going to work through it. And I'm not going to overstrain myself. And I must stretch.

EDIT: Just got a message from a friend to say they couldn't make it with me. So now I'm going alone! Bah!
